This was ground-up commercial construction: a multi-building retail plaza at 190 Station Street in Ajax, taken from graded site to finished facades. The gallery follows the build through its phases.
- Architectural split-face block masonry laid from frame scaffolding
- Exterior sheathing with a fully taped air and vapour barrier membrane
- Two-tone EIFS stucco facades with a dark accent volume and two-storey glazing
- Storefront and roll-up door bays fitted out for retail and commercial tenants
- Site work throughout — grading, drainage and parking layout per the site plan
